Mitsubishi Electric Holds Annual Conference, Presents Awards to Channel Leaders

Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division recently held its 2017 Diamond Leadership Conference at the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Marana, Arizona. This year’s conference included an approximate of 400 distributors, employees, and sales representatives who had a fruitful year and celebrated new programs, products, and strategies for the current year.

According to a report from theNews, those who participated in the conference took part in general sessions, group discussions, and breakout sessions spearheaded by Mitsubishi Electric senior executives. The topics that the participants discussed are related to technology, channel-specific training program support, and new initiatives. The conference’s keynote speakers include senior business strategist and demographer John Maketa, and renowned business author Jason Jennings. The two speakers provided details regarding the best practices in the business and future demand and demographics of the industry in the United States.

The Deputy General Manager of Mitsubishi Electirc US Inc., for Cooling & Heating Division Mark Kuntz, said, “This year, we are embracing forward engineering – we are taking our most successful leadership and sales strategies and applying those best practices to the support we offer our sales force, distributors, and sales rep leaders. We are proud of the network we have built for our professional and consumer customers and will continue to focus on equality, service, and innovation.”

Mitsubishi Electric presented various awards to distinguished channel leaders in sales, service, and market development. The categories include Diamond Leadership Award, Business Unit Diamond Leadership Award, Design Excellence Award, Crowning Achievement Award, and Crowning Achievement Award – Millionaire’s Club.

All in all, there were 17 Diamond Leaders who earned the Crowning Achievement Award and 21 Diamond Leaders who took home the Crowning Achievement Award – Millionaire’s Club.
